Vertical MAP Tray Sealer
The Vertical MAP Tray Sealer is Ruibao's modified atmosphere (MAP) tray sealer, configured for retail and foodservice packs that need extended chilled shelf life through gas flushing. This configuration is supplied with a chamber of 600 × 420 × 80 mm, and a 63m²/h vacuum pump.
- Gas flushing with repeatable residual oxygen levels
- Seals pre-made PP, PET, rPET or board trays
- Semi-automatic, rotary or inline configurations
- Die sets changed without tools for format switches
